The King's Jewelers is committed to selling quality jewelry that will stand the test of time. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. The King's Jewelers offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all our new fine jewelry made of gold, platinum, or sterling silver. If you experience any problems with your jewelry, please bring it to the store for evaluation. If there is damage due to the manufacturing of your jewelry we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
We aim to adhere to this policy generously, but damage due to abuse or normal wear and tear over time is not covered by this warranty. All jewelry can be affected by normal wear, various activities, or trauma, so caution and care should be taken during wear.
Consignment and estate items are not included in this warranty due to their used condition. However, we carefully inspect these items before selling them on consignment to ensure their quality.
Some examples of damage that are not covered by this warranty include jewelry that has been in consistent contact with other metals or chemicals (such as cleaning products and chlorine), rings worn together without being soldered together, chains that are stretched beyond their original length, and warped or badly misshapen rings. Most jewelry requires maintenance over time due to normal wear of the metal. This is particularly true of rings and bracelets since they are subject to a higher level of activity and pressure. Normal maintenance not covered by this warranty can include restoring worn and broken prongs or replacing ring shanks that have worn thin over time.
We are happy to assist you with the routine care of your jewelry. To keep your jewelry in its best condition and to detect problems before they become too serious, we recommend visiting every six months to take advantage of our complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection. We also offer free lifetime ring polishing and rhodium plating (for white gold) on any ring purchased from The King's Jewelers.
The King’s Jewelers strongly recommends insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, and damage to give you the best peace of mind that your precious jewelry is protected against unpredictable circumstances. We recommend Jeweler's Mutual (www.jewelersmutual.com) for comprehensive jewelry insurance.

All Tissot watches are covered by a manufacturer two-year warranty. Tissot watches purchased at The King's Jewelers are covered for an additional two years as part of our extended warranty. This warranty covers the movement and function of the watch. Watch bands are excluded from this warranty.
Repairs are warranted for the work performed one year from the date of pick up, unless otherwise noted on the receipt.
We are happy to assist you with your replacement watch batteries. Batteries changed while you wait will not be warrantied for water resistance. Sealing and pressure testing can be performed by our watchmaker for an additional fee.
