Return and Exchange Policy

The King's Jewelers exists to satisfy its clients. We are happy to assist you with all your jewelry wants and needs.

If you choose to return your King's Jewelers purchase, please bring in your merchandise in original condition and in the original gift box with all relevant lab reports, warranty cards and explanation booklets intact within 15 days from the original purchase. A merchandise credit or refund will be arranged on the spot. Any purchases over $1,000 will be refunded via a company check. Custom items, consignment items, special orders and items that have been modified or personalized cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Items purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be exchanged/returned by January 10th of the following year.

Diamond Disclosure

The loose and mounted diamonds represented on this receipt have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the Kimberly Process. The King's Jewelers hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. Estate and "recycled" diamonds are likewise considered a responsibly sourced option.

Diamond Upgrade Policy

Any single natural diamond or pair of natural diamond studs purchased from The King's Jewelers may be traded in for credit toward a future diamond purchase. The diamond(s) must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and be accompanied with any relevant lab reports. The credit issued will be a maximum of the original purchase price or 50% of the new diamond(s) being purchased. Lab grown diamonds are not eligible for this upgrade policy.

Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that many natural gemstones are enhanced from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. All colored gemstones sold have possibly been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process unless otherwise noted. All relevant information will be made available to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally accepted and practiced processes by the gem and jewelry trade.

Battery Change

The King's Jewelers will be happy to assist you with your replacement watch batteries. In no case will The King's Jewelers warranty for water resistance on a while-you-wait watch battery replacement. Sealing the watch and testing for water resistancy will require that the watch be handled by our watchmaker and will require an extra fee.

Insurance Recommendation

We recommend that you insure all your fine jewelry against loss, theft, and damage.

Inspection and Cleaning

We recommend that you make use of our complimentary jewelry inspection and cleaning services at a minimum of every six months to keep your jewelry in its best condition.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and funds will be added to the recipient's store account. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Program Description

When you opt in to receive text messages from The King's Jewelers, you may receive SMS and MMS messages related to your ring design, saved configurations, appointment scheduling, order updates, and related communications from The King's Jewelers. These messages are sent to help you stay connected with The King's Jewelers regarding your jewelry inquiry.

Consent & Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on The King's Jewelers ring builder and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The King's Jewelers at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the ring builder tool. You may use the ring builder without opting in to text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with The King's Jewelers. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, follow-ups on saved ring designs, and responses to your inquiries. You will not receive more than 3 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. The King's Jewelers is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from The King's Jewelers. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you experience any issues opting out, contact us using the information below.

Conditions
